Moss Nook Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Liyuu ("the Developer") handles user information in the smartphone app "Moss Nook" ("the App").
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require account registration or login, and the Developer does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, or phone number. However, the following information may be automatically collected through third-party services:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID), device information, approximate location, and ad impression/click history (via Google AdMob)
- In-app purchase history, an anonymous user ID, and device/OS information (via RevenueCat)
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics (via the App Store / Google Play)
On iOS, before collecting advertising-related identifiers, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent messaging. Declining tracking does not affect access to any core feature of the App.
The screenshot and sharing feature for your creations runs entirely on-device; images are never sent to the Developer's or any third party's servers.
2. How We Use Information
- Serving ads and measuring ad performance (including personalized ads)
- Processing in-app purchases (one-time, non-consumable) and restoring purchase state
- Detecting bugs and improving app quality
3. Third-Party Disclosure
The App uses the following third-party services (SDKs), and information is handled in accordance with each provider's own privacy policy. The Developer does not disclose information to these providers beyond what is permitted by law.
- Google AdMob (ad serving) — Google Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat (in-app purchase management) — RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Apple App Store / Google Play (payment processing, diagnostic data)
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that such information has been collected, it will be promptly deleted.
5. Data Storage and Security
The Developer does not directly store any user data. Information collected and processed through the third-party services above is managed according to each provider's own security standards.
6. Data Deletion and Opt-Out
- You can change your ad personalization and tracking permission settings at any time from your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Ads). The App's own Settings screen also includes an "Ad Privacy Settings" entry to review or change your AdMob consent status.
- For requests regarding restoring or deleting purchase history, please contact us using the information below. Since the App requires no account registration, we may ask you to provide the order number (or receipt) from the purchase confirmation email sent by the App Store / Google Play as proof of identity for deletion requests. Upon confirming the request, the Developer will delete the corresponding data in RevenueCat.
7. Changes to This Policy
The content of this Policy may be changed without prior notice due to changes in laws or the services offered. The revised Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this page.
